Traditionally we have studied how to design parks on the ground, on a wall, a rooftop, or in an interior, but without natural light,  The Lowline is a concept that will completely change our  vision  and perception of parks. A number of factors have influenced the idea to transform a former trolley terminal, buried under the streets of The Lower East side into NYC’s first underground park.
